Why is the price lower than high street?

We operate a members' allocation model with reduced overhead — no retail front, no intermediary. Much of this cycle's stock is allocated from corporate hospitality surplus and historical standard clearance, acquired at preferential commercial rates well below typical high-street cost. Stock is held in our London depot and dispatched direct, with the saving passed to members in exchange for private member routing via WhatsApp rather than a standard public storefront.
How is the parcel packaged?

Plain padded outer wrap with no branding. The courier label shows only the dispatch postcode and a returns reference. Royal Mail Tracked is used as standard, with signature on delivery for allocations of 2 cartons or more.
What if I am not satisfied?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the original UK tax seal has been removed or damaged. If a carton arrives damaged in transit, photograph the parcel within 48 hours of delivery and message us via WhatsApp — we will initiate a Royal Mail compensation claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
